You need 2 shredded carrots, a quarter cup of raisins, and 1/4 can of frozen pineapple concentrate. Mix together in a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight. When it is ready to be served in the morning, add a few sesame seeds and some frozen banana slices for extra flavor. Peel ripe bananas before freezing in freezer bags and slice only as needed. Frozen bananas taste like ice cream. Kids love frozen bananas.
